Villa Serena is a fantastic 2-storey villa located in the quiet urbanization of Serra Brava just 3 km from the famous Cala Canyelles beach. Villa Serena has air conditioning in each of its rooms and also in both living rooms. On the first floor there is: -dependent kitchen, fully equipped -living room -3 bedrooms -2 bathrooms On the ground floor we find: -Fully equipped independent kitchen -living room and dining area -4 bedrooms -2 bathrooms Villa Serena has a 36 m² private pool with sun loungers and a large barbecue area. Next to the pool there is also an outside shower. A few minutes by car you have the town center, restaurants, shops and nightlife. This vacation chalet is ideal for groups of friends and large families of all ages !!!! Lloret de Mar is located south of the Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona, its municipal area is 47 km2, it has five main beaches with a total of 7 km of coastline. The EEC has awarded its beaches the Blue Flag, which is the mark that guarantees an optimal state of both water and sand quality and services. Lloret is considered one of the towns with the most sports facilities and with a commercial, recreational and gastronomic offer that, together with the hotel infrastructure, apartments and houses, occupies the first place in number, variety and quality of all the tourist areas of the country. Barcelona (Airport): 120 km Girona (Airport): 35 km Villa Serena is very spacious and opens its doors to families or groups of friends.

positive comment: Nous avons aimé notre séjour au sein de la vila serena, maison agréable et lumineuse grande et pratique, et la vue sur la mer au loin magnifique ! le seul point négatif c'est que la piscine donne sur la rue donc pas très intime et beaucoup de passage de voitures mais emplacement parking pratique petite supérette juste à côté au top et tres pratique! Nous reviendrons sans problème ! negative comment: null

positive comment: La casa es perfecta para un grupo grande. Muy espaciosa y cómoda. Recomendable. El único inconveniente que vimos es que estaba vacia de cosas básicas como escoba, recogedor, mocho, cubo, sal, fairi, aceite, papel de baño... entre otros, por lo que la compra que tuvimos que hacer fue muy grande. negative comment:
