This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 5 people. Part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool, near all services, shops and restaurants. It consists of a living/dining room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. Equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven, and toaster), 1 triple bedroom with one double bed (150x190cm bed) + 1 extra bed (80x 170cm and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Youth groups not allowed.
This property is only rented to families.
The apartment has no parking place.
Pets allowed on request and with supplement.Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Appartement situé parfaitement,pas de problème de stationnement ,beaucoup de commerce a proximité ainsi que la plage de fenals. La piscine de la résidence est bien entretenue malgré quelques désagréments de non respect des consignes par d'autres vacanciers (ballons,aliments). Le seul bémol reste à mon sens l'agence qui se trouve assez loin par rapport à la situation géographique du bien,impossibilité de se garer à proximité de l'agence et en ayant finalement laissé la voiture stationnée devant la résidence ,le trajet à pied jusqu'à l'agence fût assez éprouvant en pleine chaleur. Néanmoins agence avec du personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je pars avec hispanoa et ce ne sera pas la dernière...encore une fois BRAVO.
