Beautiful house with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity of 11 people.
Outdoor area of 780 m2 with garden and private swimming pool (10 x 4 m), large terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals near the pool with beautiful mountain views. It has a built-in barbecue and parking.
The house is divided into 2 floors with independent entrance: On the ground floor there is a living-dining room (TV) with exit to the pool terrace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds in each) and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor we find a living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (90 x 190cm bed) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Groups of young people not accepted. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
This property is only rented to families.
Pets accepted on request and with supplement.

Villa was proper en schoon. had wel wat gebreken die opgelost kunnen worden en er ontbraken ook een paar zaken zoals waterkoker, te weinig glazen enzo...locatie was goed en rustig soms wat last van blaffende honden. weer viel wat tegen al bij al een leuke vakantie gehad.

Points positifs : vue et coin sympathiques. Points négatifs : entretien piscine très insuffisant (eau trouble et sale) / trop nombreuses coupures d'eau (6 coupures en 2 semaines, d'une durée de 1 à 6h), non signalées dans l'annonce. Or la population de la région est multipliée par 10 pendant l'été, donc le phénomène est connu et régulier tous les ans. Il aurait été HONNETE de le signaler dans l'annonce, n'est-ce pas Hispanoa !? C'est très énervant pour se laver le soir, se rafraichir en journée, boire, se laver les mains... Location correcte mais chère pour la prestation quand même.
