Villa Jolie-LloretHoliday is the perfect villa to spend your holidays with your
group of friends. It is a simple house and is located in the quiet urbanization
of Lloret Verd, just 5 km from Fenals beach. It has a maximum capacity for 9
people, a 36 m² private pool, very good privacy and views of the peaceful
mountains. Villa Jolie is made up of 2 floors that do not communicate with each
other, to reach the ground floor you have to use the external staircase. On the
first floor we find:
- small fully equipped kitchen -living room and dining area
-1 bathroom with shower completely renovated.
- 1 bedroom with double bed -1
bedroom with single bed First floor has access from the dining room to a
balcony. In the outdoor area of the first floor you will find the barbecue.
Ground floor consists of:
- small kitchen that communicates with the 2 bedrooms
-1 bathroom with shower with access doors to the two bedrooms -1 bedroom with 3
single beds -1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The best thing about villa Jolie is
its private pool equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing, with its outdoor
furniture to spend a holiday with friends. This urbanization is located between
Vidreres and Lloret de Mar. The location is unbeatable, the property is just 10
minutes from the Costa Brava, 20 minutes from Girona airport and 15 minutes
from Caldes de Malavella train station.
