This incredible house has four double rooms with balcony and a fan each one, an independent kitchen with chimney, a large living room with a dining zone and chimney, two bathrooms with bath, two toilets, a terrace with sea views, a great garden with barbecue and a dining zone and outside parking for three cars. Pets not accepted.

This amazing house is in the quiet zone of Carboneres in Llançà, a few steps of he Gola beach and the Port beach and near to the Port urban centre where you will find the principal restaurants and stores and other principal see sights.

Llançà is a coast and familiar village, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de [hidden] little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history, their culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava.

Llançà it’s near Figueres too, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum. Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with [hidden] Empordà.
