Description of the accommodation

House located in Llafranc just 600 meters from the beach. The house consists of two levels. On the ground floor we find an equipped kitchen, a living room with access to a pleasant and sunny terrace with access to a large garden. The terrace is ideal for lunch and dinner outside. On the first floor there are a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and two twin rooms. We find a second bathroom. In the basement of the house there is a parking space for a car. Capacity: 6 people. [hidden]-46 100€ SUPPLEMENT FOR CLEANING FOR STAYS LESS THAN 1 WEEK. MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS. THIS SUPPLEMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

positive comment: Maison très agréable avec ce grand jardin qui donne de l'espace. Idéalement placée par rapport aux plages de Llafranc et de Calella negative comment: elle reste néanmoins un peu bruyante du fait de sa proximité avec la 4 voies. Gros manquement cependant, celui d'un lave-vaisselle qui ne permet pas de recevoir des invités ! Suis néanmoins partant pour relouer cette maison en juillet 2024 ... ( à suivre )

positive comment: We had a lovely stay at the house, it’s in a great location for the beaches and restaurants of Llafranc and Callella, just a short walk from both. The house is comfortable and well appointed, with a large garden and underground parking. We would definitely stay there again. negative comment:

positive comment: La casa té un gran jardí tancat pràctic per a una família amb nens petits i un garatge (fins i tot una plaça d'aparcament exterior). LLafranc al ser una estació costanera on és quasi impossible aparcar, és molt significatiu. L'agència que s'encarrega de lliurar les claus és molt sensible i disponible. negative comment: Potser caldria una mica més d'equipament a la cuina, una centrifuga per a amanides per exemple, però això segueix sent un detall. D'altra banda, l'amfitrió ofereix un kit de neteja i això mereix ser subratllat!!
