With a capacity of 6 people, this comfortable house is designed to enjoy a quiet holiday. However, it is important to note that the interior common area is small, being more comfortable for 4 people. In summer, when the terrace becomes the main space for socializing, this is not a problem, but on bad weather days, the interior space can be restricted for more than 4 people. On the ground floor there is an intimate living room, a dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a charming patio. On the first floor there are two en suite bedrooms, both equipped with ceiling fans: A bedroom with a double bed, which offers direct access to the patio via a comfortable staircase. A bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The beds are very low. In the courtyard we find an annex that offers a third bedroom with a double bed, which is accessed by a staircase next to the porch. The private patio is equipped with a table with 4 chairs next to the kitchen and dining room, ideal for breakfast or dinner outdoors. At the back of the patio, a cozy covered porch with a second table and 6 more chairs offers a perfect space for long conversations after dinner. The patio also has a toilet with shower.
