Beautiful and large house located in a privileged area with spectacular views of the sea and the port of Llafranc. It sits next to the walkway between the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The house is distributed over 4 floors and has a maximum capacity of 8 people.
The main floor includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 en suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the top floor you will find a a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV. On the lower floor you will find 2 en suite rooms with shower (2 double beds (180x190cm and 160x190cm) both with sea views and one of them with access to a terrace. On the lower floor there is access to is a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach (door access with code). Parking included in the price, located 200m from the house.
Pets are not allowed.House only for families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!
