The house is located in a quiet area, in the bay of Llafranc, just 30 meters
from its beautiful beach. This wonderful Nice-style property consists of three
levels: On the ground floor, at the entrance, we find a cozy and bright living
room that leads to the dining room with an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher
and oven. The kitchen has direct access to a quiet and cool patio with its
outdoor furniture, BBQ and also a bathroom with shower and a small laundry room.
The first floor has a large double bedroom with a beautiful private terrace,
and a twin bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Here we also find
a family bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor there is another double
bedroom with two single beds and another double bedroom with its own bathroom
with shower and access to the balcony. Air conditioning in each room
(supplement of €50/week)
