Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom apartment with a stunning view over the Mediterranean Sea with the Medes Islands and the port of L'Estartit! Complex Casa Blanca includes four luxury apartments and is situated on the flank of the mountain Roca Maura, about 1000 meters from the center and the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit. Around the complex is a beautifully green communal garden with several seating areas and a large swimming pool (10x5, depth 0.80 to 2m) surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is also heated with solar panels from 15th of April until 15th of October. From the garden you also have got a fantastic view can of course also enjoy the fantastic sea view from the lovely garden! Casa Blanca A is a well-kept apartment with two floors. On the ground floor are the large living room with comfortable seating, TV , dining area and sliding doors to the terrace with sea view and barbecue. There is a separate kitchen (with all equipment), wash-room with washing machine and storage room and a guest toilet. On the ground floor are also the master bedroom with balcony and bathroom, and 'the suite', with shower and toilet, and the second bedroom with bunk beds. On the first floor you will find bedroom 3 and 4; both with 2 single beds, airconditioning and access to a large terrace with sea views and the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
