Description of the accommodation

The wonderful Fleming flat is located in the centre of L'Estartit, only 50
meters (!) from the beach! Right in front of the flat you will find the lovely
promenade of this old fishing village which will lead you to the beautiful
sandy beach of L'Estartit. Within walking distance there are also restaurants
with terraces and a nice street with shops and ice-cream parlours. Fleming is
located on the 3rd floor (without lift), which means that you have a wonderful
view over the Mediterranean Sea. From the terrace you can enjoy on warm summer
evenings the view of the boats and the sunset. The flat consists of a living
room with dining area and air conditioning and entrance to the terrace. The
kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and hob. There is a
bathroom with shower and 3 double bedrooms. On top of the building there is a
communal terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the sea views.
