Description of the accommodation

Villa Magnifica owes its name to the magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea with the famous Medes Islands (Illes Medes) and the marina of L'Estartit. This magnificent luxury detached villa, with private pool, is only 5 minutes walk from the centre and the port of L'Estartit. Not only L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach are within easy reach, but also several nice towns (with beautiful bays) like Begur, Pals and Peratallada are located within a radius of 20 km! The entrance of Villa Magnifica is reached via a staircase, but also via the garage underneath the house. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and sliding doors to the large terrace from where you have a fantastic sea view. There is a bathroom with toilet and the open kitchen with all appliances and access to the terrace behind the villa with private pool. Of course, also from this terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and the lands. Via the stairs downwards you reach 3 double bedrooms (one with private bathroom and one with terrace) and another 2 bathrooms. The whole house is equipped with an air conditioning system. positive comment: lieux magique avec une vue inoubliable , séjour dans la villa très agréable et proche de la mer et du centre ville, le seul point a améliorer sont les accessoires pour cuisiner, pas assez nombreux et varier pour faire à manger. Je recommande vivement negative comment:

positive comment: Die Aussicht von den 2 Terrassen ist perfekt, ebenso von den Schlafzimmerfenster aus. Die Raüme sind grosszügig. Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist mit den heutigen Mittelklassenfahrzeuge ein bisschen abenteuerlich (man kann das Auto einfach in der Einfahrt stehen lassen. Man ist sehr zentral gelegen. Würde sofort wieder buchen. negative comment:

positive comment: Wij hebben een prima vakantie gehad. De accommondatie is fantastisch, met een mooi uitzicht en dicht bij centrum en strand. Zeer leuke omgeving. Werden prima geholpen door de gastheer (Wouter) tijdens het verblijf. negative comment: Het draadloos internet is niet top, streamen hierover werkte soms niet. Ligt ook bekabeld netwerk maar werkte niet. Is zonde.
