Description of the accommodation

Closer to the beach is almost impossible! El Mirador is situated directly (!) at the Mediterranean Sea, you step out of the door and you are already on the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit. This attractive flat is situated in the neighbourhood "Els Griells", just outside L'Estartit, the perfect location to avoid the tourist crowds, but where you can walk to the centre in about 15 minutes. The beautiful promenade takes you along the beach to the old fishing village to end at the beautiful harbour. There is a supermarket within walking distance in the "Els Griells" district. El Mirador is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and consists of a living room with dining area and access to the terrace with the fantastic view. Furthermore, there is a simple kitchen, bathroom with bath and toilet and 2 double bedrooms. Additional information Layout bedrooms: Bedroom 1) 2x single bed of 90 x 200 Bedroom 2) 2x singel bed of 90 x 190 Pets: Pets are allowed (after consultation) Cost: € 45 per pet/per stay Heating: No heating

positive comment: Heel mooi en geriefelijk appartement. Gelegen vlak aan het strand en de promenade. Prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de eilanden. Het enige minpuntje is het ontbreken van Wifi. Maar toch zeker de moeite waard om hier te verblijven. negative comment:

positive comment: Appartement très sympa avec une vue hallucinante qui a elle seule vaut largement le coup d'y aller. Difficile de décrocher de la terrasse une fois que vous y serez! Nous y étions au mois d'avril et l'immeuble était vide, ainsi que tous ceux a proximité. Une tranquillité absolue qui ne doit pas être de mise en haute saison. negative comment:
