Palas Atenea is a pretty villa with breathtaking views of Cala Montgó (Montgó Cove). A balcony overlooking the sea, 150 meters from the beach.

The villa offers two terraces, a brick barbecue and a garden shower. All rooms, both indoors and outdoors, overlook the Cove.

This villa, built in the 1980s, has two descending floors. The first floor comprises a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, a terrace with views, a terrace with barbecue and a toilet. The second lower floor consist of a three bedrooms, two with double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The house is below street level. To access the level of the house is necessary to go downstairs through the garden of the property.

The surface area of the house is 115 square meters on two floors, suitable for up to six people. The parcel area is 800 m². It faces south. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.
