Old but cozy house

First feeling is it is a nice charmy house for rental. Layout is ok and size also. Main issue is that the house is very old and not well maintained. The water from the cranes is very dirty due to the rust in the pipes. It is so rusty that the bathroom is nog clean looking as all that is in touch with the water is permanwnt covered with rust. Also washing dishes is not getting things really clean. Cooking needs to be done with water from bottles. House should be renovated (kitchen and bathrooms mainly) with new pipes.
