Description of the accommodation

The beautiful Es Puig de Sa Figuera estate is located 8 km from Cala d'Or, a charming tourist enclave, close to the Mondragó Natural Park. Also, the farm is about 4 km from the beautiful village of Es Carritxó, and about 12 km from Felanitx.

The house is large and recently renovated, with a swimming pool and 20,000m2 of land and gardens. The farm is in a privileged location, on a hill, so it enjoys wonderful and uninterrupted views over the fields and the sea. These views can also be enjoyed from the pool area, lying comfortably on the hammocks and under the parasols. Next to it is the summer dining room, where we have the barbecue. The property has several furnished terrace areas and porches, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Also, the house has high speed Internet (20MB).

Inside the house there is a large and comfortable living area, as well as a full kitchen. There are a total of 4 double rooms and 3 complete bathrooms (2 of them with a bathtub and one with a shower). There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms to ensure comfort.

The Mondragó Natural Park, with its 2 wonderful virgin beaches, is 8 km away. The closest restaurants and supermarkets are about 3km from the house, in the urban centers of Calonge, Alqueria Blanca or S'Hortabird watchingMallorca is a very popular destination for bird watching. On the Puig de Sa Figuera estate there are watering holes that attract birds. For fans of 'birdwatching' we can advise you about the places on the farm where you can take photos or simply watch the birds. Take your binoculars, camera or mobile and enjoy this experience.RestaurantsAbout 15 km from the house is the Can Calent restaurant, in Campos, run by Miquel Calent, one of the most renowned chefs on the island, dedicated to ancient Majorcan cuisine. The Laudat Restaurant, in Santanyí, is highly recommended, with classic European cuisine, with excellent Mediterranean products. We also highlight the Sal de Cocó restaurant, on the fishermen's wharf of Colonia de Sant Jordì, specializing in fish and shellfish from the Mediterranean Sea.
