The complex has its own swimming pool where people enjoy a swim and, above all, some rest. The swimming pool is open all year long (from 8 am to 9 pm, rest time from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm).

From the property, it is only 5 minutes walk to the harbour with nice restaurants and a little further to the beach of Cristo. On Wednesdays, there is a street market and on Sundays, there is a street market in the port of Estepona.

Nearby is the old bullring where bullfights are no longer held but it is a historic place for cultural events and museum visits.

Within 2 or 3 minutes, there is a grocery shop open 7/7 till late, a shop where you can buy delicious roast chicken and chips, a pharmacy, some catering establishments ..... The grocery shop offers fresh bread.

A little further on there is a Lidl and a large Aldi. Walking in the other direction, there is a nice Dia supermarket. Everything is close by for those who want to cook.

There is also a large Carrefour hypermarket on the other side of Estepona about 3 kilometres away.
