Description of the accommodation

Fantastic newly built penthouse with capacity for 4-6 people, two double
bedrooms and two bathrooms and 2 individual sofa-bed. Walking distance to the
town center of Denia and the sandy beach. With two terraces, one of them a
large solarium of 70m2 in Denia. Open views to the Montgó and southwest
orientation, very bright and sunny all year round. Tastefully decorated. It has
garage, lift, alarm, security door, WIFI, and fiber optic. Central Air
conditioning and central heating. The complex has a swimming pool, gym, social
club, children's playground and parking for bicycles.
