10 thousand m2 of orange groves, between Ondara and Beniarbeig, but only 15-20
minutes by car from the sandy beach Les Deveses.

and a large garage in the basement. All facilities such as supermarket,
pharmacy, restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes
by car. The surrounding well-known holiday destinations such as Denia, Javea,
Els Poblets and Vergel are between 10 and 20 minutes away by car, as well as
various beaches. The property offers a magnificent view of the valley to the
sea, as well as the surrounding mountains.
The large, mediterranean landscaped garden, and the private pool, but also the
covered terrace with dining area and large gas grill make up the ideal ambience
