Well furnished and centrally located in a quiet street, only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches and the centre of Calpe in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The flat also enjoys splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea and is only 2 minutes walking distance to Cala Manzanera from where you can admire the famous Peñon de Ifach. It is located on the first floor. You enter into a large living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table, a sofa TV + SAT and air conditioning. There is a large balcony with terrace furniture and nice views to the sea and the hills of Calpe. The flat is south facing, so it is sunny until late afternoon. There is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, where the washing machine is located. There is a communal pool for the whole building and a parking space.
