The pool has a depth more than 1.80 m in its part, and in its shallowest part of 80 cm. Outdoor shower. From the pool area, there is a ramp for people with mobility problems. The villa has a large flat area, where there are several pergolas to shelter from the sun, a barbecue for outdoor meals, petanque court and ping-pong table. Parking within the same plot for 8-9 vehicles.

LOCATION: Just 1.2 km walk from the widest sandy beach of Calpe (beach arenal-bol), promenade, restaurants and all services. Calpe town is approximately 1.5 km away.
