A bedroom with two single beds and finally a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV that gives access to a comfortable covered terrace. A fully equipped independent kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. In addition there is a guest toilet.



EXTERNAL: It has a large terrace surrounded by vegetation with a 9x4 rectangular pool with Roman steps. Also noteworthy is the practical summer kitchen equipped with a stove and fridge, on the outside of which we find the built-in barbecue. There is parking on the same plot for two or three vehicles.



LOCATION: This villa is ideal for those who want to relax during their vacation, given the tranquility and proximity it offers. A short distance will allow you to access the center of Calpe (3.5 km) as well as the sandy beach (2.3 km) and the supermarket (2.2 km).
