Description of the accommodation

If you are looking to be right on the most emblematic beach of Calpe (Levante - La Fossa), this apartment for 4 people is without a doubt a perfect option.
The building is located on the seafront and surrounded by restaurants, shops and with a supermarket literally 1 minute walk away. It has a private garage in the same building so you won't waste any time of your holidays. The communal area is spacious and has several swimming pools.

As for the accommodation, it is worth mentioning the fact that it has two different terraces, a very large glazed one with sea views and another one in front with views to the Peñón de Ifach. The kitchen is fully equipped and is connected to one of the terraces. The living-dining room is connected to the other terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. The other bedroom has two single beds. The flat is completed with another bathroom with bathtub. There is also a large wardrobe on one of the terraces where the washing machine is located and is perfect for storing beach stuff.

Despite not having air conditioning the flat is very cool, as it faces two sides of the building, and has covered terraces, you only need to open them to let in a pleasant sea breeze. Both bedrooms have new ceiling fans from 2022 with remote control for comfort.
