It has an original living room in the form of a tower, dining room with exit to a large natural stone terrace, with barbecue, wonderful sea views and small private garden, equipped kitchen, 1 suite, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room. It is part of a small community with swimming pool from which you can also see the sea. The apartments are very independent and the pool is small. It is located in the lower part of the community, and although it is a ground floor there are stairs to access both the apartment and the pool. It can be accessed by 2 different streets, the street below being more comfortable to download. Located in the Golfet area, approximately at 1 km from the beach. Suitable for 4 people. Community with WIFI. We are not responsible for the speed or proper functioning of the system. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels.
