House divided into two independent apartments and a separate studio that share the garden and swimming pool. This property is located only 1 km from the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell.

This small studio is located on a second floor without elevator.

Basic and small living room with tv and access to a pleasant and furnished terrace with beautiful views. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and oven, 1 recently modernised bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool is open between May and October.

Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.

- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and
8 euros/person/towels.

- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival

- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair

Très bon séjour dans cette station balnéaire magnifique.

Accueil à l'agence parfait avec des explications complètes sur le logement et la restitution des clés. Le logement se situe à côté de belles plages et calanques. Prévoir la voiture pour se garer à proximité du chemin de ronde si vous ne voulez pas remonter les grandes côtes à pied. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Dans le logement il manque une poubelle ainsi qu'un vrai couteau de cuisine. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
