Apartment located in Calella de Palafrugell at only 300 meters from the beach and close to all amenities.   Refurbished, though simple, and suitable for 4 occupants, consists of living room with access to the terrace, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. It is in an area where you can walk to both Calella and Llafranc by first sea line path. It has parking area in the community plot. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption.
