Apartment with seaviews, 350m to the beaches and the center of Calella de Palafrugell. The apartment is located in a nice and familiar community with swimming pool for adults and children and tennis court.  It is a first floor with capacity for 4 people and has a lounge-dining room with exit to terrace with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower. Community with WIFI. We are not responsible for the speed or proper functioning of the system. The pool is OPEN from the 1st of June till the 30th of September and is CLOSED the rest of the year. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival. For any other questions regarding this property, do not hesitate to contact us. Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use.
