This is an amazing flat situated in Cacilhas, relatively close to the touristic centre of Almada and 30 minutes away from Lisbon. Ideal for a couple, or a family to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.

The property features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

See check-in and check-out information:

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.

Please note that check-ins between:

7 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 40€ will be charged

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

Ich war mit einem Freund dort, man kommt von dort aus einfach mit der Fähre nach Lissabon, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Internet ist gut, man kann auch gut arbeiten. Parken ist, wenn man nicht allzu spät kommt, auch gut möglich. Spät-abend muss man etwas kreativer werden und dort parken, wo es keinen stört. Dann geht das schon.

The place is located in a nice old town area of Almada surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. It’s only approx a 10minute drive from the beach which is great and the place was clean.Wi-Fi runs at good speed.Parking can be difficult as it’s a narrow road with limited spaces.The only downside is that for the money we paid there was no cutlery or bottle openers which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we would recommend this place.

Staying in Almada was cheaper than staying in Lisbon and it was lovely to get to know the area, with amazing restaurants nearby. There was good communication with the host and he was understanding when we refused to pay the £30 fee for arriving after 7pm as we thought it was unfair given that some of the items listed in the description of the apartment weren’t present such as an iron and portable fans.
