Ex centré er dans un ensemble dédié à la location avec les variations d occupation habituelles. Ultra vide lors de notre passage de 3 jours. La mer est accessible à 150 m de la porte ouest de la résidence, accès à la promenade qui mène au casino du centre ville. Équipement très complet et plutôt ancien.
