Description of the accommodation

Finca La Siesta is a private villa with swimming pool located 150 meters from the beach in Betlem, Mallorca. It is located in a quiet residential area. The house enjoys a lot of privacy and is perfect for a relaxing holiday enjoying its pool and the beautiful coves of the area. It is ideal for families and has all the amenities, air conditioning in the rooms, pool, barbecue and pool table. We have a cot and high chair. Accommodation for up to 8 adutlos: 4 spacious double rooms and 2 full bathrooms; It is well maintained and sunny. Safety box available to our guests. Betlem coves are less than 2 minutes away on foot. They are small coves of white sand, usually not very crowded. In the area there are good restaurants.

Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.

Wir waren für 6 Tage in der Finca. Die Lage ist super schön und ruhig. Check in hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Finca war jedoch von drinnen super feucht und hatte einen unangenehm Geruch. In den Zimmer lagen lebende und auch tote Kakerlaken und Kellerasseln. Auch unter den Betten. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert was super nervig ist wenn manu mit vielen Personen unterwegs ist. Das WLAN hat auch nicht funktioniert bei einer Kontaktaufnahme mit der Inhaberin kommt keine Rückmeldung oder Hilfe… generell war due Kommunikation nicht wirklich hilfreich oder zuvorkommend. Zum Glück war die Außenanlagen super schön und sauber. Der Pool ist wie beschrieben und es gibt schöne Obstbäume und Pflanzen. Trotzdem waren wir insgesamt etwas enttäuscht…

La finca está muy bien ubicada. Tiene dos restaurantes y una panadería cerca. El restaurante Casablanca es delicioso. Las playas están muy cerca y puedes llegar caminando rápidamente. La cocina está muy bien equipada. El billar y la piscina están bastante bien. El documento de explicación que dejan es muy útil. Sin duda, recomendamos Finca La Siesta.

Très bon séjour dans la villa ! Le cadre est magnifique et la plage à proximité superbe! La piscine est également un super atout ! Merci pour votre réactivité lors de nos échanges ! Petit bémol l’emplacement est relativement excentré, prévoyez la location d’un véhicule

Betlem is a wonderful area to spend a vacation. The space around the Finca is also nice and good for relaxing. It was clean when we arrived. The view from the upper terrace and dining room is beautiful. The pool is also fun. Generally the finca and the space it offers is nice. It's necessary to rent a car.

Sehr schön gelegene und gut eingerichtete Finca mit genügend Platz, vielen wunderbaren Sitzplätzen im Garten und sehr schönem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
