It is located in a very quiet residential area of ??the Benissa coast, very close to several coves, some of them with beach bars. Only 6 km separate us from the beautiful town of Moraira and another 10 km, in the other direction, from Calpe. Both towns enjoy fantastic beaches where a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops can be visited. This is one of the reasons why this area has become an attractive point of interest for all those looking for the Mediterranean holiday experience. To further enhance the situation, we found a tennis court near the villa. We enter the villa and find the large swimming pool and its terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, all surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. The accommodation is an apartment of about 40 m2, with 2 single beds, a mini kitchen, dining table, with Sat+TV+A/C and a shower and toilet. The washing machine is located in a storage room at the back of the rental. It is a comfortable retreat for couples, in a fantastic area surrounded by tranquility and relaxation, in the center of the Costa Blanca.
