Description of the accommodation

Beautiful newly built house, modern style, with magnificent seaviews, located in Benissa Costa, in a residential area, in a very quiet street. The closest beaches are Cala Pinets, just 700 meters from the house and La Fustera beach, 900 meters. In the city of Benissa, if you come by car, there are all the important supermarkets. Likewise, the whole area is full of magnificent restaurants to enjoy our appreciated gastronomy. From Villa Pinets you can travel in a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Calpe and Moraira. This room has a glass door from which you can access the terrace and the pool, and watch beautiful views of the sea. If we go up to the second floor, there is a corridor and the first glass door leads into a small terrace with wonderful views of the sea in front, and the rock of Calpe to the right, it has chairs to relax and enjoy the landscape. The next door on the right is a bathroom with a shower and screen, a sink with a cupboard and a toilet. Next door we find a double bedroom with a bedside table, a built-in wardrobe and an air conditioning unit. At the end of the corridor is the main room, very large and spacious, with two single beds put together, a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning unit and an en-suite bathroom with: bathtub with screen, washbasin with closet, bidet and toilet. This room has a window where you can see the sea from the bed. Regarding the exterior of the house, you can access the terrace and pool (not heated), either from the glass doors of the dining room and living room, or from one of the rooms on the ground floor, it can also be accessed from the outside of the house. If you go out through the living room, you have direct access to a large terrace, partially covered, equipped with an outdoor dining table, chairs and a portable barbecue. Following the terrace, there space with open paved terrace and then there is the pool, with built-in stairs and surrounded by grass and sunbeds from which to sunbathe and contemplate the views. There is also a walk-in shower next to the pool. In one side of the pool there is also a small piece of land with native trees and plants.
