To rent this very modern villa in Benissa in Costa Blanca with private pool and sea view. This is an impressive villa which enjoys a spectacular location just 10 minutes drive from the famous tourist center of Moraira and 5 minutes from the coast of Benissa, where there are several wonderful coves on the way to Calpe (20 minutes ). In Calpe you can visit a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the most sophisticated beaches of the "Costa Blanca". You will also find various water activities available on the beaches of Calpe and Moraira, such as diving or jet ski excursions, Kayak rentals, etc. The entrance to the land offers the possibility of parking two small cars or a large one. It is a very spacious holiday villa, with 2 floors connected by internal and external stairs. We enter the main house where we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, a toilet, a spacious dining room with air conditioning and a fully equipped modern kitchen, both with access to a large balcony with views extraordinary on the sea, ideal to enjoy with friends. From the living room, an internal staircase goes up to the solarium, where you can also enjoy the magnificent sea view, with a small kitchen and an outdoor dining table.
