Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Peñon the Ifach, with its own access to the beach of transparent waters, it is a privilege to enjoy breathtaking sunsets or romantic dinners under the stars. This splendid villa is distributed over two floors, the ground floor is designed to relax. As you walk through the front doors, you are greeted by a spacious living room with its antique tiled floors, wooden beams, built-in bookshelves and white walls, giving the house a rustic aspect with Mediterranean feel, which is contrasted by a modern and colourful décor. Its fireplace provides warmth during cool nights and its large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a feeling of spaciousness and luminosity. The reading corner next to the panoramic window is the perfect place to lose yourself in a good book while listening to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for cook, the dining room is cosy and spacious. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one of them is a double bed with a views of the sea where you also you can appreciate the Peñon Ifach and the other two with a single bed for each person and a bathroom with spacious shower. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a wooden staircase situated in the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom and a terrace with incredible views. Undoubtedly the best part of the house is the terrace, with its private pool where you can see the sea and appreciate the Peñon de Ifach while enjoying a swim. it is an oasis of tranquillity and beauty sea views a perfect place to relax, enjoy the company of your loved ones, and enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The gentle sound of the waves crashing on the shore mixes with the salty scent of the sea, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. The sea stretches as far as the eye can see, with shades of blue merging with the sky on the horizon. You can see sailboats and yachts sailing in the distance, adding a touch of elegance to the scene. The sun begins to set on the horizon, painting the sky with warm shades of orange and pink. The lights of the city flicker in the distance as night gradually takes over the landscape.
