Located in the residential area Son Rich, Begur, just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the charming, medieval village of Begur, famous for its bustling narrow streets of boutiques and restaurants and just 3km from the beautiful surrounding beaches of Aigua Blava, Fornells, Sa Riera and Sa Tuna, each with its own unique charm. El Colomar offers spacious accommodation for an extended family or a group of friends looking for a private and spectacular holiday location. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens and terraces on varying levels with a separate seated BBQ area and a charming viewpoint area with bench seating at the highest point of the garden, and on the lower level there is a large area laid to lawn around a private pool. The villa offers four en suite bedrooms; two queen sized bedrooms with baths, one queen sized bedroom with a shower and a twin room with ensuite bathroom with bath. The house is distributed over two levels with entrances on both levels. On the upper level, in addition to three en suite bedrooms there is a bright spacious living area with a dining area and a separate kitchen, that leads out onto a large balcony, perfect for al fresco dining.
