Apartment Top Charco is so good located that you won’t need a car unless you want to explore the island. the apartment is located right in the center of Arrecife next to the calle real where all the shops are located and within walking distance to the new marina. Besides this are a lot of tapas bars and restaurants in less than a minute from the apartment. The Apartment Top Charco has a big terrace with sea views, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Living room with sea views, kitchen well equipped and WIFI. The island's capital since the second half of the 19th century, Arrecife is the administrative and commercial center that is home to over half the population. Bandstand at the promenade In addition to its role as a tourist shopping center, Arrecife, is also of interest for the coastline itself, with its variety of islets and reefs which have arisen out of the lava flows along the coast, alternating with defensive castles built for protection against corsair-such as the Castillo de San José, now converted into an International Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Castillo de San Gabriel, linked to the capital by Puente las Bolas bridge. Finally, one of the most frequently visited tourist attractions is the Charco de San Ginés, a sort of lake formed by the entrance of seawater and surrounded by small fishermen’s houses, besides was built the former hermitage of San Ginés, which has today become the Church of San Ginés.

Our second holiday in this lovely apartment. Plus Villas Lanzarote when we discovered the washing machine had a fault and immediately sent an engineer to fix it. Thank you very much for a wonderful week.

De ligging van deze villa is echt uniek, namelijk aan de oude haven van de hoofdstad Arrecife. Zittend vanaf je dakterras heb je heerlijk uitzicht over de haven, je beleefd de gezelligheid van de vele terrasjes vlak onder je en zit je toch orive. De accommodatie is heerlijk ruim. Er zijn voldoende stoelen en lig bedden op het terras aanwezig. Ook zijn er in de omgeving leuke uitstapjes te maken, die allemaal op prima afstand te bereiken zijn.Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gezeten.Onze huurauto stond overigens geparkeerd op de nabij gelegen parkeerplaats. Van de vele terrasjes hebben we er een paar geprobeerd, veel aanraders voor lage prijzen.Er was maar 1 aandachtspunt en dat is de WiFi, die was traag en ook niet stabiel. Al met al een aanrader om naar toe te gaan !

This was our first trip to Lanzarote and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday or apartment. In the best place in Arrecife, the apartment has a fabulous south facing balcony with view over the lagoon frequented by a variety of bird life including parakeet. We hope to return next year! We visited other towns, nothing compares.

Nice place in a central location with great views which is definitely the reason to get the place. It is located above a busy area so if you want absolute quiet to sleep it may not be for you. Easy check in and responsive hosts but be aware that it is minimally furnished.
