When you enter the house, you find on the right the independent kitchen, and further on there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning, next to it there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. Straight ahead, you find a large living-dining room with TV, wifi and air conditioning. On the right, there is a single bedroom, and a double bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is air conditioning in the hallway between the two bedrooms. When you come out of the living room there is a veranda where you can eat at a high table with stools. Outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, a table and chairs, barbecue, a parasol to be able to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful sunny days. The villa has a 13 meter boat mooring.Pets are not allowed. Bed linen not included in the price, you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels).
