On the canal side of the villa, you have access to a spacious garden that is partially paved and partially grassy. Here, you can enjoy the 5 x 8.5 meter swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a lovely waterside terrace with a 17-meter mooring. The covered terrace offers a sheltered spot where you can relax with a drink, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture, including a dining table, four sun loungers, and a cozy lounge set to enjoy the view. Upon entering the villa, you step into a bright living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a TV with German and Dutch channels. A fireplace adds an extra touch of coziness. To the right of the living room, you will find the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and fruit juicer.
