Callao Sunset Apartment, magnificent modern flat in callao salvaje, Tenerife South, close to the sea and with spectacular views to La Gomera. In its surroundings there are several restaurants of very good quality and varied food just 5 minutes by car. There are also a lot of spectacular beaches nearby, a sports centre where you can do various sports, hiking trails and other outdoor activities. The nearest airport is only 30 minutes away from this wonderful flat.

This flat is ready to accommodate a total of 4 people inside, it has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds). Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with fitted wardrobes with sliding doors, a bedside table and a large window that covers almost the entire wall where you can see breathtaking views of the coast of the island and the neighbouring island, La Gomera. It also has two well-equipped and decorated bathrooms with showers, washbasins with cupboards, toilets and mirrors with LED lighting.

On the main floor, we can find a nice dining room together with the living room and the kitchen, which thanks to its large sliding windows, the flat has plenty of natural light during most of the day. The living room has a comfortable velvet chair and a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy the Smart TV or the wonderful views. The kitchen is equipped with all the most important appliances to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, such as dishwasher, recycling bin, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, toaster, capsule and powder coffee machine, blender and juicer, fridge, freezer and several cupboards where you can find pots, pans, cutlery and different types of spices.

On the upper floor there is a terrace with two sun loungers, a hammock and a table with four chairs where you can sunbathe and enjoy the views and the sea breeze, or if you want shade, you can put the parasol that occupies a large part of the terrace.

It also has a garage car park, as well as many parking spaces on the street, and a communal swimming pool for adults and a children's pool with several sun loungers around where you can sunbathe.
